Cancellation Policy 

 

All bookings can be refunded up to 48 hours prior to the booked time. Any short notice cancelations (within the 48-hour period) will not be refunded. This is due to your reserved park space now not being able to be rebooked by someone else. Please check the weather forecast prior to booking, we do not give refunds due to rain. There is a deduction of $5.00 to any cancellation refunds to cover relevant administrative costs. We encourage customers to email to rebook their time slot to a more suitable time.

 

We will do our best to accommodate any changes you require to your booking, but these must be made more than 48 hours before your already booked time slot and will be dependent on the park’s availability. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time if required. This would only be done in the event of severe weather or a safety issue that needs to be addressed. Bookings will be re arranged to a suitable time for you.

 

Expectations 

 

Arrival and Departure

• You will receive a confirmation email 24 hours prior to your booking which will include the parks gate code.

• For everyone's safety, please adhere to the designated booking times, arriving only upon the hour and vacating the park area by the 50-minute of your booking. This is important that there is no cross over between users to ensure a safe environment for reactive and aggressive dogs. Please note that we reside on-site and actively monitor the premises.

• Users of the park are required to maintain its cleanliness by picking up after their pets and leaving it in a tidy state for the next visitors.

• 4-6 dog booking - There must be minimum 2 handlers present with 4 dogs in the park, 3 handlers minimum for 5 or 6 dogs present. 1-3 dog booking- minimum 1 of handler required. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the facility.

 

Children

• While children are welcome, we emphasis that they must refrain from climbing on or playing with the obstacles to prevent any potential injuries.

Security

• To ensure security, please keep all gates closed at all times. Dogs must remain on a leash in the carpark area for their safety until they enter the securely fenced park area. Users must leave the park securely locked after their booking.

Safety

• Although, we conduct regular safety checks, we ask that users promptly report any significant hazards they encounter.

Behaviour 

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for irresponsible, inappropriate, or rule-breaking behaviour. Any reports of such behaviour will result in the immediate banning of the offending user from the facility.

User Responsibilities 

• It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct contact details. Please whitelist our email address to stop our email communications going into your junk folder.

• You are responsible for your own and your dog/s safety at all times. We will not be held liable for any damages, personal or dog injury or loss that occurs while you are using this site. You enter and use at your own risk.
