Daily Rates
Our rates are considered daily rates.
The day you drop off your pets will be considered a full day.
If you collect your pets within our morning open hours you will not be charged for that day.
If you collect in the afternoon/evening the standard daily rate will apply
Additional Information
We ask that owners supply their pets’ current diet for the duration of their stay with us. We often see that when a pet’s diet is changed suddenly stomach upsets can occur which isn’t pleasant for your pet, this is a process that is recommended by both Veterinarians and Pet food experts to happen gradually.
Feeding Fee & Entire Dogs
Our Feeding fee is charged per pet per day. If you require us to feed your pet whilst they are with us or forget their food upon arrival this fee will be charged and is to be paid prior to collection.
Dog Small - $6.00
Dog Medium - $8.00
Dog Large - $10.00
Cat - $6.00
Entire pets (including chemically castrated) will incur an additional $6.00 charge on top of each day charged to cover the additional cleaning, care and handling that they require.
